Course title: Beginners Infographics Design Training

Year Group: Open to First Year students

Date: 10-11 March 2026 (2 full days)

Delivery: In-person, Bristol (venue TBC)

Content: This lively, engaging and practical training course is delivered by Peter Moore-Fuller, a graphic design specialist, at Infohackit with Affinity illustration and graphic design software which develops an understanding of key principles of good visual communication and the foundation for skills in planning and creating a wide range of science communications outputs such as poster and infographics.  You will also be able to access a free licence with the Affinity software which can be used for your own purposes afterwards.    

This course is for core (beginners) training for use during your PhD with posters, design and infographics and is being offered to first year students only.
