Training Guidelines 

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming training opportunities.  

Please read carefully before registering your interest: 

- This training is only open to our current GW4+ DLTP current students 

- Some training courses are labelled as mandatory. This means that they must be completed during your studentship (within your 3.5 year funded programme of study) and these mandatory sessions will be repeated over the course of your PhD. These will be clearly labelled on the survey.  

- Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

- By signing up, you are committing to attend the training. 

- If you withdraw less than 72 hours before the training begins without a valid reason, we will consider the sanction of deducting £50 from your training budget to recompense the DLTP for costs incurred.   

- If you're interested in attending a workshop but can't make the scheduled dates, please ask to be added to the waiting list. We'll notify you as soon as another session is available. If there’s strong interest, we’ll explore offering an additional session as soon as possible. 

- If a workshop is a two-day event, accommodation and reasonable travel expenses will be covered by the GW4+ Doctoral Training Partnership (DLTP).
